These empanadas are amazing, and have quickly gained a top spot in our meal rotation. The bacon egg and cheese and huevos rancheros are perfect on-the-go breakfasts, and every other flavor is a hearty and satisfying lunch or dinner all on its own.

We love cassava in our home. It's the best feeling after daycare pickup when we know "Wait! there's cassava in the freezer' - But now I've start gifting the starter pack for people with new babies or need an easy dinner. Love sharing this easy meal with friends.

We love love having an easy weeknight meal that is gluten free and can be vegetarian. It’s something our whole house enjoys. We love picking out our flavors, love eating them, and especially love that moment driving home when we remember there is cassava in the freezer. What a treat.

As someone with celiac it's sometimes hard to grab lunch while at work, but scheduling takeout from Cassava was easy and they'll heat it right up for you. Thumbs up for taste too!
