Pick ups, couriers and catering

We are not a restaurant. We operate a production kitchen focused on catering, wholesale and our online store. You may pick up your online order from here.

Yes! Place your order online and choose "free store pickup" at checkout (make sure your shipping address is in Illinois).

Please wait for an email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up -- sometimes we're out on catering events.

We're available MON-FRI 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Most orders are ready within a couple hours, but occasionally are ready the next business day. Call or text if you need a quick time estimate.

We are located at 3929 N Central Park Ave. Chicago, IL 60618 (just off of Irving and Elston).

If you live in Chicago (no suburbs) we can courier your order and avoid shipping with UPS. 

Delivery is available 7 days a week, 8:00 am to 7:30 pm. After you order, you will receive an email asking for your preferred day and time for delivery. 

On your delivery day, you will receive a text alert 15 min before the driver leaves; please confirm or cancel. You will receive another text 10 min before arrival with a precise ETA. 

Please meet the driver outside. This is a drive-share service and drivers do not call or ring the doorbell.

When do i get my shipped order?

Get your box 1-5 days after placing your order. Note: orders placed Friday or later will ship the following week.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Do not thaw. Pre-heat oven to 425 F. Place frozen empanadas or rolls 2 inches apart on a non-stick cookie sheet*.

Empanadas: bake for 20-25 minutes, until top is lightly brown AND bottom is golden brown. 

Mini empanadas (eg. Guava mini): bake for 15-18 minutes until top is lightly brown AND bottom is golden brown.

Cassava Rolls: bake for 15-20 minutes until top starts brown, bottom is golden brown and the rolls begins to crack open.

*A silicone baking mat is the best for preventing your baked goodies from sticking to the baking sheet. Parchment paper or cooking spray work too.

Remove pizza from all packaging and shrink wrap. Set oven rack to middle position and preheat to 400 F. Place frozen pizza on a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake pizza for 12 minutes, or until cheese just starts to brown.

You can identify your empanada based on its crust:

Beef: plain crust.

Chicken: chipotle sprinkle on top.

Pork: carrot strips in the crust.

Spinach: spinach bits on the crust.

Veggie: parmesan shreds in the crust.

Bacon Egg: bacon bits on the crust.

Apple: cinnamon sprinkle on the crust.

Steak: sesame seeds on the crust.

Sausage: oregano sprinkle on the crust.

Greek: kalamata olive on the crust.

Huevos Rancheros (vegetarian): bean on the crust.

Huevos Rancheros (with steak): sesame seeds and chipotle sprinkle on the crust.

Guava: guava bit on the crust.
