Empanadas: bake for 20-25 minutes, until top is lightly brown AND bottom is golden or dark brown. In some ovens, 400 F for 5 extra minutes works best.
Mini empanadas (eg. Guava mini): bake for 15-18 minutes until top is lightly brown AND bottom is golden brown.
Cassava Rolls: bake for 15-20 minutes until top starts brown, bottom is golden brown and the rolls begin to crack open.
Pizzas: Remove pizza from all packaging and shrink wrap. Set oven rack to middle position and preheat to 400 F. Place frozen pizza on a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake pizza for 12 minutes, or until cheese just starts to brown.
