Our Location

We are not a restaurant. We operate a production kitchen focused on catering, wholesale and our online store. 

Yes! Place your order online and choose "free store pickup" at checkout. Please wait for an email notification letting you know your order is ready for pickup. Most orders are ready withing the hour, but occasionally are ready the next business day. Call or text for a quick time estimate.

Yes! Place a regular (FROZEN) order online and choose "free store pickup". Then call or text letting us know you'd like to pick it up ready to eat. Please note we might need up to one business day notice if we are booked on catering events.

Only for orders over $100. We also require 12 hour lead time. Place your order on our catering page.

SHIPMENTS | LOCAL PICKUP

Free pickup available from our kitchen at 3929 N Central Park Ave. (corner of Elston and Irving). 

Please wait for "Order Ready for Pickup" email. Most orders are ready the same day. 

$8 flat fee. You will receive an email asking for your preferred day and time for delivery.

On your delivery day, you will receive a text alert 15 min before the driver leaves; please confirm or cancel. You will receive another text 10 min before arrival. 

Please meet the driver outside. This is a drive-share service and drivers do not call or ring the doorbell.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Do not thaw. Pre-heat oven to 425 F. Place frozen empanadas 2 inches apart on a non-stick cookie sheet*. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tops start to brown. Allow empanadas to cool for 5 minutes before eating. 

*A silicone Baking Mat is the best for preventing your baked goodies from sticking to the baking sheet. Alternatively, parchment paper works well too.

You can identify your empanada based on its crust:

Beef: plain crust.

Chicken: chipotle sprinkle on top.

Pork: carrot strips in the crust.

Spinach: spinach bits on top.

Veggie: parmesan shreds in the crust.

Bacon Egg: bacon bits on top.

Apple: cinnamon sprinkle on top.

Steak: sesame seeds in the crust.

Sausage: oregano sprinkle in the crust.

Greek: kalamata olive on top.

Huevos Rancheros (vegetarian): bean on top.

Huevos Rancheros (with steak): sesame seeds and chipotle sprinkle.

Guava: guava bit on top.

Do not thaw. Pre-heat oven to 425 F. Place frozen rolls 2 inches apart on a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until tops start to brown. Allow rolls to cool for 5 minutes before eating.

Remove pizza from all packaging and shrink wrap.Set oven rack to middle position and preheat to 400 F.Place frozen pizza on a non-stick cookie sheet.Bake pizza for 12 minutes, or until cheese just starts to brown.
