This is a killer breakfast empanada with minimalist ingredients. The sausage is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef, uncured, and nitrate-free. The sausage packs so much flavor that no seasoning is required.

Filling: eggs, polish sausage (grass-fed beef, Water, Less than 2% of the following: Sea Salt, Vinegar, Spices including Paprika, Celery Powder, Garlic Powder, Cherry Powder), cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto, corn starch), chipotle pepper, sea salt.
