The original Pão de queijo (cheese bread). The base of the dough is cassava-root starch and cheese and these rolls have a unique chewy texture and flavor that is nearly indescribable. They are fantastic as party appetizers.
Cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), milk, butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt.
